It is within touching distance of many sights worthy of exploration, including Formby’s stunning pinewoods, Crosby’s Anthony Gormley 'Another Place' art installation, and many picturesque walking and cycle trails through miles and miles of lush sand dunes and beach areas.

Birkdale.

The affluent Birkdale Village is less than a mile from Southport Town Centre, and is one of the most attractive suburbs in the north of England.

The village is home to several chic restaurants and bars, as well as a number of independent retailers, including a bridal shop, fusion art photographer and the eclectic Birkdale Cheese Centre. There is also an award winning butcher, and a county cricket ground within two minutes walk. Birkdale has a range of classic coffee houses, sits on the Northern rail-line to Liverpool, and is within walking distance of the coast where sand dunes and delightful trails provide that escape to incredible natural surroundings.

Churchtown.

A tranquil, historic village on the northern fringe of Southport. It's a designated conservation area with traditional thatched roof cottages and spectacular church. The vibrant village has many independent shops, charmingly quaint pubs and stunning eatery’s.

Churchtown is also home of the famous Botanical Gardens, and Meols Hall manor house - popular attractions for all.
